WHAT WE COLLECT
Information you give us. When you fill in a form, book a call, message us or email us. For example your name, email, phone number, event details and billing details.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we may collect technical data like your IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit, plus how you click and scroll.
Information from others. Sometimes from partners, event organisers who book us, or analytics providers.

We only do this where the law allows it. That means to carry out a booking with you, where we have a fair business reason, where you've given consent, or where the law requires it.

IF YOU APPEAR IN OUR CONTENT
We film and photograph events, so you may appear in footage we deliver to clients and share on our website and social media. If you'd like footage of you taken down from our own channels, email our customer service team with a link or screenshot and we'll deal with it quickly. Content posted by our clients on their own channels is controlled by them.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share totals and trends that don't identify anyone.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We keep your information only as long as we need it. Booking and invoice records are kept for six years for tax reasons. Enquiries that don't turn into a booking are deleted within 12 months.
